This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through einfratechsys.in (the "Website") and our interactions with you, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It is prepared in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules (together, the "DPDP Act"), as they apply to us. WHO WE ARE
EInfratech Systems India Private Limited provides workplace management and connected workplace solutions. For personal information collected through the Website, we act as the data fiduciary (the party that decides why and how the data is used). Our contact details are at the end of this Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Information you give us. When you request a demo, use our contact form, email or call us, or otherwise get in touch, we collect details such as your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our service providers collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring website and cookie identifiers.
- Information from cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and tags for essential functions, advertising and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to control them.
- Employee webmail. The "Employees Webmail" link takes authorised staff to a third-party email service. We do not collect webmail credentials through the Website.
You are not required to give us personal information, but if you choose not to share what we need to respond to a request, we may not be able to help you.

CONSENT AND LEGAL BASIS
We process your personal information with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or accept cookies, or for other lawful purposes recognised by the DPDP Act, such as complying with the law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us run the Website and our business, such as website hosting, email, video hosting (Wistia), analytics and advertising providers (Google, LinkedIn). They may use the information only to provide services to us and under appropriate safeguards.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and insurers.
- Authorities where required by law, court order or legal process, or to protect our rights, security and property, and that of others.
- A successor business if EInfratech is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply.
TRANSFERS OUTSIDE INDIA
Some of our service providers, including Google, LinkedIn and Wistia, may process information on servers outside India. We transfer personal data outside India only as permitted by the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, to meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements, or to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. Enquiry and demo-request data is generally kept for as long as the business relationship or follow-up continues, and for a reasonable period after.
SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or to update it;
- ask us to erase your personal data when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- have your grievances addressed by us; and
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.

CHILDREN
Our Website and solutions are meant for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Website contains links to third-party websites and social media pages such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. This Policy does not apply to them. Please read their privacy policies before sharing personal information.
